Konstantinos Adam graduated from the Physics department of the School of Exact Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.). He received his Research M.Sc. in Theoretical Physics from Utrecht University, in the Netherlands, where he worked in the applications of quantum field theory in cold dense matter. Neuropsychologist, scientific associate of Hygeia Hospital
Afentouli Panagiota holds a BSc in Psychology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and two MScs, the first in Media Psychology from Panteion University of Athens and the second in Clinical Neuroscience obtained from the Institute of Neurology, University College of London. She gained her clinical experience working with patients suffering from epilepsy and other neurodegenerative disorders at the National Hospital of London (NHNN). Since 2008, she is a scientific associate of “Hygeia” Hospital. She works in private practice with patients suffering from neurocognitive disorders and offers rehabilitation treatments. She is a member of the SEPS, while holding an active role in clinical research and a variety of scientific publications.

Dr Akis Kechagias is a Senior Fellow of the British Higher Education Academy (HEA). He graduated with a first-class degree in Linguistics from the department of Philology, School of Philosophy at University of Ioannina. He completed his doctoral and master’s studies in University College London (UCL), Division of Psychology and Language Sciences with funding by the Hellenic Scholarship Foundation (IKY) and the Onassis Foundation. He has an extensive experience of teaching at various institutions across England (UCL, University of Westminster, Queen Mary—University of London, University of Hertfordshire) and he has held various external examiner roles for the British Open University and the University of Hertfordshire. For the last nine years up until September 2021—when he joined the Mediterranean College—he taught on undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English Language, Linguistics and TESOL at the University of Salford, in Manchester, UK, programmes which he intermittently led, while he also developed new multi-disciplinary undergraduate programmes such as BSc (Hons) Psychology with English Language. Research-wise, Akis works within the broad context of Theoretical and Applied linguistics. His research revolves mostly around the structural properties of natural language and grammatical theory, the relation between different linguistic subsystems (particularly the syntax-morphology interface), as well as the relation between language structure and language-external systems such as cognition and information structure. He also has a keen interest in psycholinguistics (especially in the relation between linguistic knowledge and parsing), language acquisition (especially the acquisition of syntax and discourse functions in L1 and L2) and quantitative methods in Linguistics. Akis has successfully supervised PhD students working on various projects.Since June 2022 he is the Head of the School of Education at MC Athens.
Dr. Anastasopoulos George
Dr. George Anastasopoulos is a Mechanical Engineer. A graduate of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Patras, he holds a PhD from the same University. Currently a Tutor in the MSc/ MEng Programme at the MC School of Engineering-University of Derby he has taught in several Higher Education Institutions (University of Patras as a Laboratory Associate, and as Lecturer at the School of Engineering, University of Peloponese, TEI Stereas Elladas, and ASPAITE) and in Professional and Vocational Education. He works as a consultant in the private sector and in the industry as project manager and energy expert. Vassilis Angouras studied Political Science and Public Administration in the University of Athens and holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Social Science from the University of Edinburgh plus an executive Master in Healthcare Administration from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers of Paris. Since 1995 he has worked in various positions in the private and public healthcare sector in Greece either as a business consultant, either as a business unit manager or as head of hospital. Over the years he has headed four NHS hospitals and now serves as a special advisor to the Minister of Health. The context of research involved the enhancement of wireless network technologies regarding video applications, the enhancement of antennas and other technical issues. Mr. Konstantinos Aspiotis is a geologist, a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). Since 2013, he is a Ph.D. candidate of NTUA, School of Chemical Engineering. Dr Panagiotis Vitalis was born in Athens in 1987, and today he is married and the father of one child. He holds a PhD in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom (UK), where he was visiting lecturer. In Greece, he is a visiting lecturer at the University of Thessaly in the postgraduate programme ''Clinical Exercise Physiologist'' and a lecturer at the Mediterranean College. His research concerns the laboratory evaluation, application, and study of the effect of exercise and physical activity on cardiac and pulmonary physiology in patients with autoimmune rheumatic & musculoskeletal diseases and in the general population. Shortly after his graduation, he started working at “TECHNHM EPE” at Alexandria Hmathia whose main field of work was industrial refrigeration. After one year, he moved to “DOPPLER AEVE”, at Polykastro Kilkis, where his main field of workwas lift manufacturing. He continued working at DOPPLER for about 10 years at the departments of sales, production and finally RnD. Theano Koutsoupidou is Head of the School of Education and Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies and the MPS Intercultural Education: Immigration and Forced Displacement. She also acts as Learning & Teaching Coordinator across all Schools of Mediterranean College. She holds a PhD in Education and a PGCert of ‘Learning and Teaching in Higher Education’, both from the University of Surrey (UK). She has also completed music studies (Integrated Master) at the University of Athens and the National Conservatory. Since 2006 she has been holding teaching posts at universities (University of the Aegean, University of Athens, European University Cyprus), for both face to face and distance learning programmes, colleges, vocational training institutes, secondary schools and early childhood centres. She also has experience in professional development and lifelong learning programmes. She has been involved in several independent and collaborative projects and her work has been published at numerous scientific journals, international conference proceedings and edited volumes. For her research she has received awards from the Greek Ministry of Education, ESCOM, SEMPRE and the Froebel Trust. She acts as examiner and academic advisor for the Institute of Educational Policy and the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance. He has worked as a consultant in various consultancy agencies (2005-2007), as an analyst at the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece (2007-2008) as well as a scientific associate to former MP Vasileios Geranidis (2008-2012). Athanasios Mandroukas is a distinct graduate of sports science (BSc) from Charles University in Prague. He also holds a masters degree (MSc) in sports and exercise science from Leeds Beckett University (UK) and a Ph.D. from Charles University in Prague. His Masters dissertation analysed the methodology and reliability of repetitive measurements in the laboratory. His Ph.D. dissertation focused on the physiological and neuromuscular changes between young football players and untrained adolescents of the same biological age. He was in charge of the laboratory based modules, in terms of supporting university students and also assessing third party test results. Mr. Sotirios Manologlou is a PhD candidate in the Department of Maritime Studies of the School of Shipping and Industry, at University of Piraeus. His field of research is related to the economics of the environment and the protection of the marine environment.
He holds a Master Degree (2009) in "Applied Economics and Econometrics" from the Department of Economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business. For his postgraduate studies, he received a two-year scholarship from the΄΄ Propontis΄΄ Public Benefit Foundation of shipowner D. Diamantidis.

The last 5 year she realized more than 3,000 interviews with staff and candidates. He has been Scientific Collaborator at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Manufacturing Engineering at the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2001-2015) and researcher for the Fraunhofer Project Center for Coatings in Manufacturing, in Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) (2008-2015). Dr Mitsiou Maria is an Adapted Physical Educator who graduated from the Department of the of Physical Education and Sport Science (DPESS) of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and also Physical Therapist from the Department of Physiotherapy of Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (ATEITH). She completed successfully all of the four Greek sign language courses and is also certified in reading and writing Braille.
She authored her 1st M.Sc. Thesis from the postgraduate programme «Physical activity and Quality of Life» from the Developmental Medicine and Special Education Laboratory of the DPESS of AUTh, focusing on Psychomotor Therapy. She was awarded her Ph.D. Thesis from the Sports Medicine Laboratory from the DPESS of AUTh with speciality in Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Her 2nd M.Sc. is entitled «Medical Research Methodology» from the Department of Medicine of AUTh. Sarantis was born in Athens in 1981. He graduated from the 4th high-school in Kallithea, he studied in the Physiotherapy Department of Charles University with scholarship and received his bachelor degree title as Physiotherapist in 2003. He continued his studies at a Master’s level at the same University, where he was awarded with scholarship, and he specialised in “Musculoskeletal and Neurological Rehabilitation”. In 2005 he came back to Greece and he was licensed as a physiotherapist after attending two semesters in the A.T.E.I. of Lamia physiotherapy programme.
He has attended a number of seminars and courses regarding musculoskeletal rehabilitation (lower limb biomechanics, orthotics construction, myofascial release techniques, upper limb rehabilitation, taping, explain pain). Moreover, he has been certified from the Hellenic Institute of McKenzie therapy (cert.MTD) and the Manual Therapy courses of H.OMT-D.
Since 2006 until 2008 he worked in a number of physiotherapy clinics and sport clubs treating patients with musculoskeletal problems and he was a physiotherapy tutor. Dr. Persefoni Stylianoudaki is the Head of the School of Computing and Programme Leader of the BSc and MSc Programmes. She has completed her BSc in Computer Science and MSc in Designing Worldwide Interactive Systems in the UK, as well as her PhD in digital games. She has worked for various UK Higher Education Institutions for the last twenty years including Warwick and Open University. Dr Stylianoudaki has taught campus based and distance learning programmes with students based in the UK and across the globe. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and certified Project Manager in Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies. She is/was involved with various UK, European and International projects and collaborations and she is a reviewer of various international conferences as well as a reviewer of a scientific journal. Dr. Angeliki Triantafyllaki is Programme Leader for postgraduate programmes at the School of Education: MA Education (Leadership and Management / TESOL) & ΜΑ Inclusion and SEND. She is a graduate of the University of Cambridge (PhD, MPhil) and the Department of Philosophy, Psychology and Pedagogy (BA) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. For the past twelve years she has worked as a researcher and lecturer in Universities in Greece and abroad and has participated in a series of seminars and professional development courses in child psychology, family health, as well as special educational needs, with placements in a range of SEND units in Athens. She has taken part in international and national research programmes and was awarded by the Greek State Scholarship Foundation and the UK British Academy for her postdoctoral research.

Dimitris Tsikerdis has graduated from the Informatics Department of the University of Piraeus and holds a postgraduate degree in Advanced Information Systems with Specialization in Decision Support Systems from the same university. Dr. Maroula Vasilopoulou was born in 1984 in Athens. After a long career in Hospitality, Tourism, Conferences and Events in the United States of America, he began his academic career by teaching Hospitality and Tourism professions at the Clark County Skills Center in collaboration with Clark College in Washington State (2002-2006)
He returned to Greece in 2007 where he served as Course Tutor for the Event and Convention Management program, as well as a Lecturer in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Alpine Center and City Unity College.
In 2014 he started working with the SWISSAM Hospitality Business School in St. Petersburg, Russia, as Lecturer in Postgraduate Programs and Head of Education until August 2016
