{"id":29347,"date":"2019-01-30T11:53:21","date_gmt":"2019-01-30T11:53:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.medcollege.edu.gr\/?p=29347\/"},"modified":"2019-05-07T11:57:25","modified_gmt":"2019-05-07T11:57:25","slug":"6th-employability-fair-en","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcdev.cnast-dev.gr\/en\/6th-employability-fair-en\/","title":{"rendered":"Employability Fair powered by Mediterranean College"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>More than 1500 visitors participated in the Employability Fair powered by Mediterranean College, which took place on Tuesday, January 29, at the Divani Caravel Hotel, with the participation of Greek and Multinational Companies and Organizations from the Sectors of Commerce, Consulting, Management, Telecommunication, Tourism, Technology, IT &amp; Insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Adecco, Affidea, Agrino, Aldemar Resorts, Algoos Study work &amp; Travel, College Link, Cosmote-EValue, Excellentia, Famar, TGI-Fridays, GameSpace, Grecotel, IASIS, Ikos Resorts, Interamerican, Ison Psychometrica, Leroy-Merlin, Mediatel, Mellon Technologies, MetLife, Mitsis Hotels, Mykonos Panormos Villas, NN Hellas, Nuga Medical Co Ltd,&nbsp; Plaisio, Praktiker, Sani Resorts, Space \u0397ellas, TUI, Wyndham Grand Athens Hotel,&nbsp; Wurth Hellas, YES Hotels,&nbsp; Agkalia, Ethniki Asfalistiki, OTE Group Of Companies, Hotel Brain.<\/p>\n<p>The participants had the opportunity to perform interviews with companies of their choice, take advantage of the free counseling services provided by MANPOWER GROUP, in the specially designed CV CENTER, while attending specialized seminars, with topics from the sectors of Tourism, Psychology, Management and Technology.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Candidates<\/em><em> presented a professional profile to their prospective employers and CVs highlighted a wide range of knowledge and skills<\/em>\u201d is how the business executives commented on the candidates\u2019 profile. Furthermore, the managers stated that this initiative should continue in the years to come and set an example for similar actions of employability by other educational institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Mediterranean College&#8217;s core philosophy is to enhance the employability of its students by every possible means and to actively contribute to the process of gaining experience and finding a job.
